• Documents Needed for a NEW NICOP:
  
  1. Picture of the front page of your.
  2. sized Picture.
  3.  CNIC number and name of a Pakistan national relative Only (children, siblings, paternal and maternal grandparents, and paternal and maternal grandchildren
  1. Documents Needed For First-Ever NICOP Card
     
  2.  Birth certificate with father’s or mother’s name in case of foreign birth
     S-1 form in the case when applicant’s Pakistani is expired or invalid.
     Copies of parent’s CNIC
  3. A valid copy of a Pakistani or Foreign.
  4.  exempted if NICOP is applied for within the first six months of birth
• Documents Needed For NICOP RENEWAL:

  4. You must provide the CNIC number and name of a Pakistan national relative.

• Documents Needed to MODIFY YOUR NICOP

  3. Picture of the front page of your
  1. Documents Needed For Change in Marital Status:
     Married Male: Nikah Nama OR Affidavit is required.
  2. Married Female: Nikah Nama OR Affidavit duly countersigned by the husband.
     Husband’s CNIC/MNIC/NICOP OR confirmation through email by the husband along with the copy of CNIC/MNIC/NICOP.
  3. Divorced Male/Female: Divorce Papers or the issued certificate
  4. Deceased Husband: A death certificate of the husband is required
  5. For a Change of Family Head: CNIC / NICOP of the head of the family or guardian.

• Documents For NEW POC CARD
  1. size picture.
  2. Picture of the front page of your
  3. Pakistani National’s ID card and copy
  4. Affidavit Provided by NADRA should be completed by a Pakistani national on the basis of which you can apply for a POC card
  5. Marriage Certificate (Should be in English)
  6. Family Members Nadra card copies, photos of the family members
• Documents For RENEWAL OF POC CARD
  
  1. size picture.
  2. Picture of the front page of your

  4. Affidavit Provided by NADRA should be completed by a Pakistani national the basis of which you can apply for POC card

The Following Documents Required For The Renewal of your Machine-readable Pakistani Renewal (Online)

• MANDATORY
  1. Copy of your Computerized National Identity Card
  2. Copy of your Old (First Two pages)
  3. Attestation Form for Minors (in case of a minor)
  4. No-Objection Certificate (NOC) (In case of an employee of the Government of Pakistan.

• MINORS
  For the applicant who is less than 18 years of age, the following documents may be required in addition to the mandatory documents:
  1.  NICOP or Family Registration Certificate (FRC) – NICOP cards can be processed online.
  2. National ID card copy of parents
  3. Copy of Computerized B-Form
  4. Copy of Death Certificate if mother or father has passed away
